Seeking help as a first step towards being well mentally can be hard and frustrating. It can be hard to know where to go and who or what service to turn too.
You may even think your not experiencing a mental health problem or that your problem is strange and odd to you. Which it may well be if its new or a feeling that you are able to overcome. But that's OK. Your are not alone. Continue making steps and seek help.
Professionals are not here to judge your problem, issue or what ever you would like to call it. It is not strange or odd to me. I am trained to deal with a wide range of issues and I continue to develop my skills by attending regular training and seminars. I have a keen interest to keep up to date with the latest techniques in my profession.
